"Everyone start running!"

What's in a name? When your family name is synonymous with partying, booze, outrageous behaviour and sleeping with women, Erik Stifler (White) has a lot to live up to. His problem is that he is about to graduate from High School still virgin. Not that he has trouble with the ladies however, he has had a girlfriend for the last two years, but Tracy (Schram) isn't ready to go all the way. But as the pressure builds, quite literally, Tracy decides to give him a free pass to have sex with anyone he like when he decides to visit his cousin Adam Stifler at college and take part in the tradition of 'The Naked Mile'.

After a trilogy featuring the hapless Jim Levenstein and this journey into love and sex, the spin off movies have concentrated on the outrageous Stifler family but because of this has the franchise lost its charm?

Cousin Erik Stifler is really letting the family down. Having more in common with Jim, Erik is nothing like the other members of the Stifler family. He has a steady girlfriend, he does well as school and his friends all call him Erik, not Stifler like ever other male member of his family. He is an average high school student who just wants to have sex with his long-term girlfriend but pressure from his friends, family and just his family's reputation, he needs to find a release before he explodes. With Tracy not been ready, she gives him a free pass to have sex when takes place in his cousin's college tradition of the Naked Mile. This is a legendary event that takes place every year at the end of exams where all the students run naked through the college campus.

The introduction of Erik Stifler takes the franchise back to the original style of the first three films. Erik is basically Jim all over again. He even has an embarrassing moment while seeking self-release. While he doesn't have the same appeal as Jason Biggs' Jim, he is still a character that you can connect with and laugh with and at. John White does a decent job as the lead character and tries his best with the outrageous comedy moment but he doesn't quite have the same presence of Jason Briggs. The rest of the cast are better however.

Steve Talley is the Stifler we want from an American Pie movie. He is everything you would expect from a Stifler and more. Adam Stifler is a ladies man in the extreme and a legend at his college. Not every is going his way however, as he has a rival on campus. This is in the form of Rock, played Jordan Prentice and the rest of the little people fraternity. Of course this makes for some hilarious confrontation, including a very muddy American Football game.

An American Pie would be nothing without babes and 'The Naked Mile' has plenty. Jessy Schram makes a splash as Erik's reluctant girlfriend Tracy. Candace Kroslak is beautiful as the woman who is tempting him to use his guilt free pass. Angel Lewis, Jordan Madley, Melanie Merkosky and Jaclyn A. Smith are very easy on the eye as well.

'American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile' might not be in the same league as the original trilogy but it is better and funnier than 'Band Camp'. With another cameo by Eugene Levy and some characters that you want to see more of, American Pie fans will find this a lot of fun.
