Tired out after touring the world, Tina, Jon, Bradley, Jo, Hannah and Rachel are looking forward to a month away from being S Club. Their manager has different ideas however and has booked them to play more concerts in L.A. the following day. When the gang's alarms don't go off the following morning, they realise that they have missed their flight and are stranded in Barcelona with no transport, money or assistants. Things go from bad to worse when they watch TV and see a live performance of S Club in L.A. while they are stuck in Spain.

After numerous hit TV shows and music videos, it wasn't going to be long before we saw S Club on the big screen but when you find out it is from the makers of Spice World, the Spice Girls movie, expectations are not really that high.

S Club themselves are a nice, cheesy Pop Band who are good at what they do and entertain their teen audience. All six of them are not bad actors and they can all sing and dance. If fact it looks like they really do get on well together and they had a lot of fun making the movie but they are let down by a quite absurd plot involving a mad scientist hell-bent on taking over the world by cloning S Club. Not that I was expecting anything groundbreaking in plot department but there must have been far better ideas out there for the group's first movie.

Hannah is cute, Tina is nice, Rachel is gorgeous, Jo can sing and Bradley and Jon are funny, what else do you need to know. If you are a fan of the group and their TV series then you're probably young enough to enjoy it. If kids drag you to it, then it is only an hour and a half long. As for everyone else, only see it if you are desperate for something to do, fancy Rachel or are into self-punishment.
