At the seventh grade Valentine dance, nerdy Jeremy Melton asked all the beautiful women of his class to dance with him. After set backs with all of them, chubby Dorothy (Capshaw) agrees to dance and they end up making out. When some of her class mates catch then kissing, she does want to admit she was kissing a nerd so she says that Jeremy attacked her, with leads to him been publicly humiliated in the middle of the dance floor by all of his class mates. Thirteen years later Kate (Shelton), Paige (Richards), Lily (Cauffiel), Shelly (Heigl) and Dorothy start receiving strangely macabre Valentine cards signed 'JM'.

God I wish someone would just kill off the Teen slasher flick once and for all. Coming from the director of 'Urban Legends' that should be enough to put you off in the first place. Poorly staged murders, another villain in a mask who walks very slowly and always catches his pray and a plot that is so obvious you know who the killer is because there is only one male lead in the movie. If it wasn't for the good-looking women and a cringe worthy candle scene, this would be down there with the dregs of 'Cherry Falls' and the afore mentioned 'Urban Legends' and it's awful sequel.
