In July of 1969 the whole of the World's attention was focused on the Apollo 11 mission. For the citizens of the small Australian town of Parks, the mission has taken on a new level of importance, as NASA is using their radio telescope to receive the television pictures from the moon.

This is a sweet and charming movie that fills the screen with typical light-hearted Australians doing what they do best, taking the mickey out of themselves. This is a good-humoured look at what could have been a very boring subject for those who doing like Apollo program. It is both well shot and very well acted, with Neill and Warburton being the highlights. This is a film that is impossible to dislike and you also get a history lesson along with it.

Two Feature Length Commentary Tracks, Storyboards, NASA Archival Footage of First Moon Landing, Apollo 11 Diary, Hidden White Dish Feature, UK Exclusive Sam Neill Interview, Cast and Creative Team Biographies, 'The Dish on The Dish' Feature, Theatrical Trailer, TV & Radio Spots & Animated Menus
