Renegade Cop Orin Boyd (Segal) has used excessive force once too often, so he is demoted and transferred to the worst precinct in Detroit. Here he stumbles onto a possible drug deal going on between local big man Letrell Walker (DMX) and some crooked cops and it is up to him to put a stop to it.

I think I stepped into a time warp that took me back to the 1980s, because when I entered the cinema and watched this movie, I was greeted with the kind of excessive, glorified that Arnie, Stallone, Willis and Segal himself bathed in throughout this graphical age. The only thing that had changed was the soundtrack and the fashion, but the same one man takes on all heroics of those 1980s movies where all too evident and just as crap as always. The thing is this movie made big money in the US, but I think that was to do with the presence of rapper DMX and not the resurrection of Steven Segal career, which I think should Rest in Peace.
