BEDAZZLED

Elliot Richards (Fraser) is for want of a better word, a loser. Lonely, friendless and extremely geeky, he wants only one thing to make his life bearable, the love of his co-worker Alison Gardner (O'Connor). The problem is, even though they have been working together for the last for years, she does not know he exists. Enter The Devil (Hurley), she offers Elliot seven wishes for the price of his immortal soul. Seeing this as a chance to get Alison into his life, he accepts but the wishes turn out not to be exactly what he thought.

Let me just start with saying Liz Hurley cannot act, she is there on the screen as eye candy, nothing more. This is Brendan Fraser's movie, and he makes a good attempt at becoming the various characters he wishes to become. The problem is that it never keeps you more than pleasantly amused, bringing just a smile to your face every now and again, not the big belly laughs you might have been expecting. Still it's no a bad movie, just one that you'll forget about very quickly.

Two Deleted Scenes: 'Basketball Game' and 'Rock Star', Cast & Director's Audio Commentary, Featurettes: 'Making Of Bedazzled' and 'Bedazzling Designs', Behind The Scenes Footage, Trailer and TV Spots & Stills Gallery
